Keeping fit

With Ramadhan coming to an end soon, I hope to resume my healthy living activities again i.e. jogging. I will try to finish the six days of fasting in Shawal as soon as possible. Then I can start jogging again. I need to exercise regularly to keep fit. I'm in my mid fifties already. Keeping fit has become priority. So far I have been blessed Alhamdulillah.
