Thought I 'd continue with my jogging during the fasting month. However, in the twenty days since Ramadhan began, the thought have not even cross my mind, much less to be at the jogging track. Jogging in the morning is definitely out because the thirst felt afterwards would be too much to bear especially when the breaking of fast is many hours away. Jogging in the evening is okay but so far, I always find myself doing something else instead of jogging. Looks like I will only start jogging again after the fasting month. Must jog cause that's the only exercise I do nowadays.
