Yesterday a contractor came to my house. Said he is the contractor for the house to be build on one of the plot of land behind my house. He will start moving things today. As such he will need to use water and electricity. He wanted to tap from my house, paying me a certain amount for doing that. I said no problem except I can't give you water as I still don't have it. He wanted to pay me straight away but I said wait till I get the water. For now, I have no problem if he wants to take the electricity. My sister will be building her house soon. Her plot of land is right in front of my house. I think this week they will start the work. Wow! Great. By the end of the year, neighbours will be a plenty. Its going to be a lively place.
