Harmless creatures

Living in the kampong, I get all kind of insects entering the house. They are just everywhere. From the smallest to the semi 'big' beetles, they are everywhere. Harmless little creatures actually. How or when they get into the house I do not know but when I sweep the floor, I can see that there all kinds of them. Most are already dead by then while those that are alive, if I can get hold of them, I will toss them out of the house. Some I can do that but some manage to escape especially those that can fly. The moment I get near them, they fly away. I guess its part and parcel of living in a kampong. I remember when I was small, living in Selama, Perak, every now and then I can see one or two fireflies, natural lights glowing in the dark. Similarly when I was living in Sungai Buloh but so far not here in Bukit Ceraka.
