Last night I had trouble sleeping. Must be the Nescafe that I took just before bedtime. Try as I might, I just couldn't go to sleep. As a result, instead of tossing in bed trying my best to sleep, I decided to toss in bed while watching the Spain vs Italy final. I also managed to see the At & T golf tournament won by Tiger Woods. At about 5am, I started feeling drowsy and finally fell asleep. But then by 5.15am, my alarm rang. Its time to wake up. So, all in all, I had less than half an hour of sleep last night. This morning, my head is spinning while my body feels lethargic. Decided not to go jogging otherwise it will worsen the situation.
