Its ten days already since I last went jogging. Thought I wanted to continue with my exercise during Ramadhan but so far I have not. Jogging in the morning is out of question because breaking of fast is still nine to ten hours away. I couldn't possibly bear the thirst as a result of the jog that long. Best time is just before breaking of fast. After the jog, take a quick bath and soon its time for the breaking of fast. That was the plan but so it it has not materialised. Maybe today......
