Realising I was early for my appointment, I decided to stop at Lata Iskandar for a rest before pushing further up the hills towards Cameron Highlands. Somehow, I got into a conversation with some orang asli teenagers (Semai tribe). From what I managed to gather, for some of them, life is still so simple. No need for TV, handphone, internet, air condition, radio, cars and whatever. They sleep early, wake up early, enjoy fresh air....... If only life can be that simple. Thursday, January 21, 2010
The simple life
