I have paid my zakat but I am thinking of paying more. Most probably today I will find the time to go to the zakat office to pay. Later in the day after work, I have to go to Cheras to meet an estate agent. She has my cheque for the rental downpayment of my house in Cheras. I have found a tenant through her. Hopefully this tenant is a good one unlike previously when my house was in tatters after he left. Apparently, he is renting it for Mcdonald staffs. His company has a contract to rent and manage houses for Mcdonald staffs. They have been set a high standard so with that I hope my house will be well kept.
