Having worked in a big organization with a long history for over thirty years, I find that I carry with me a lot of experience to the small organization that is just beginning where I'm working now. Many of the things my new company wants to do, I have done it before in my previous company. From strategic planning to risk management to key performance index to quality programs to computerized maintenance program to training need analysis to procurement practices to many many other things, I have gone through them all before. Its nothing new to me. I can draw from my previous working experience. Its helps a lot. I must really thank my previous company. The experience is priceless.
