There's no respite from the relentless rain that is causing the flood. More than 200,000 already evacuated. People are without food, proper shelter, money, change of clothes. There's looting going on from desperate people. Some are without electricity, water. Many have lost everything. The water rises so fast there's little time to react. Its a terrible time for the country. Never been worse than this.
