There's been setback after setback lately. Its all part of living off course but for sure nobody would want to go through them if possible. Who likes to go through something that will cause you to feel worried, anxious and uncertain. That's what I am going through at the moment. These setbacks are giving me a worrying time, thinking about what will happen next. The way to handle them is not to think 'what if' but rather to tackle them as they come. You change nothing by being worried. Take them in your stride. Meet them head on. Look at the options. Most of all stop worrying!
