Finding the consistency

After a long time, I am now finding the consistency again in my exercise routine. I used to jog every other day. Then I got lost a bit, jogging only once or twice a week or sometime not at all. This went on for almost eight months, since my retirement to be exact but now I am back to doing it every other day. I will try to maintain this consistency for as long as I can. Nothing beats the healthy feeling after a good jog.
