Ramadhan is but two weeks away. A very special month for Muslims worldwide. Reminds me of the time when I was in secondary school in Taiping. The SRP (those days it was called LCE) exam was right in the middle of the fasting month. After the exam, we still had to go to school as the school holidays were still a few weeks away. To keep us occupied, the teachers organised inter class games. Fasting month or no, I played our heart out. Football, hockey, takraw, badminton and even rugby. Amazingly, I still managed to fast and never a thought of breaking it. Come night time I will be at the mosque for the usual prayers.
