When I first started work almost 30 yrs ago, punch out time was 4.15pm. That was really good. We had plenty of time to do many things after coming back from work like jogging, shopping, visit friends etc. Then they changed it to 5pm. Still not too bad. I still had enough time to go jogging after work. Then it was changed to 5.30pm. That was really bad. On reaching home, it would normally be dark already. There's no time for anything else except to get ready for the maghrib prayers.
Now its 5.15pm. Still too early to see its effect.
