So many developments all over KL. Yet there are still buyers. That is the surprising thing. No doubt developers are giving attractive rebates plus plenty of free gifts to sell their properties. For Bumiputra buyers, the total rebates can be as much as 30%. That's a lot of rebates. If only I have the money, I will definitely buy one of them. Anyway, I hope to make a lot of commission selling these properties. There's one agent within our group who makes almost a million in commission last year. He is only twenty seven years old. Wow! If I can make just a fraction of what he makes, I will be extremely happy.
