Before, every morning I would order 'teh tarik kurang manis'. Unfortunately, it is still too much sugar or milk. In other words, still manis. Since about a year ago, I have stopped. Now I order tea without sugar and milk. However, my breakfast is still mainly mee, bihun, tosei and occasionally nasi lemak/roti canai. Now I am trying to change that as well. It will be more like to fruits like papaya and green apple, vegetable, yogurt, bread, corns flakes etc. In other words, I'm trying to change to a healthier food diet. Don't know if I will succeed or not. Its difficult to change after so many years of the old style but its not too late. I will try my best even if my taste buds and stomach finds it strange at first.
