Over the years, I have stayed at this hotel many times whenever I'm in Melaka. Its easily more than ten times. Maybe even twenty. However, this time, they are on a customer satisfaction campaign. I received a pair of sandals for being a repeated customer. My third time. Must be records from this year only I supposed. Thank you very much, I appreciate it. I love staying at this hotel because of its proximity to shopping complex, food stalls, tourist areas etc. I will be back in sha Allah.
