Don't really know what that means or what the positioning is like cause if you are playing a person upfront, then he is the forward for the day. No matter if he is a midfielder, attacking, holding or otherwise. As long as he is playing upfront, then he is a 'real' forward, not a 'false' forward. They are coining to many terms in football nowadays, it takes the simplicity out of the game. Like the great Brain Clough used to say, keep it simple!
