One thing I never expected is to go back to my roots. I am an engineer by qualification but I never quite like the technical staff. The first fifteen years of my working life, I did technical stuff, in line with my qualifications. Then as I move up the ladder, technical stuff were left behind as I was more into planning, performance and the like. The last few years of my first working life, I was deep into relation management. However, now I find myself doing a three hundred and sixty degree turn. Its back to technical. Do I like it...........?
