Kampong in a city

I always tell people I live in a kampong, a kampong in KL. I may be just a few minutes from Giant in Shah Alam or OU in Bandar Utama but nevertheless, the kampong atmosphere is still very much alive in Merbau Sempak. I wake up every morning to the sound of the frogs and the birds and the cockerels. Big trees surround my house making the temperature cool and refreshing. The sound of vehicles are non existent the moment I reach my house. The greenery is everywhere, a pleasant view to the eyes. That's my kampong in a city.
